Python Job: IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - Madrid

Our client is a leading provider of AI-based Big Data analytics. They are dedicated to help financial organizations to combat several types of organizational crime and they are looking for: IT Technical Support Engineer - Madrid

Are you a problem-solver, and someone who like to help to solve complex customer issues, with strong verbal, and written communication skills in Spanish and in English, and:
Do you have more than:
- 2 years as Technical Support/SysAdmin on Linux environment and networking
- 1 year on experience with K8s based deployments

Do you have:
- Experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash.
- Experience with automation/configuration management including Ansible, Terraform, Helm.
- Knowledge of security concepts and standards for cloud base services (SaaS)

Do you:
- Want to become a product expert for customers and stay up-to-date on new features.
- Live in Madrid, or near, because the work is Hybrid;
